IMPORTANT

Please enter your personalisation details in the Order Special Instructions box at checkout, including the name, initials etc that you would like featured on your bracelet.

If you would like to add a Heart or Star bead, please also note this in the Order Special Instructions box. Remember to specify the colour (red, blue, yellow, orange, pink, black) and where you would like it placed — for example, between letters, at the beginning, or at the end of the name.

Sizing

All bracelets are available in four sizes - Small (15cm), Medium (16cm), Large (17cm) and X-Large (18cm). If you require a custom-size, please email: info@heartandsouljewellery.co.uk

Delivery

All bracelets are hand-made to order and I will do my best to dispatch orders within 5 working days (Monday-Friday). During peak times however, (Christmas, Mothers' Day, Black Friday), it may take slightly longer. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, unless you specify an alternative postage option at checkout.

Safety

Heart & Soul jewellery is not recommended for young children, as the beads may pose a choking risk and should be kept out of reach of children under 3 years old.
